Maulidin Pamur Dhani is a passionate and self-motivated Human Capital Practitioner with extensive experience in managing various aspects of Human Capital (HC) functions at Telkomsel. I have been involved in key initiatives such as Human Capital Blueprint Development, organizational development, workforce planning, business process management, integrated performance management, HC Technology and people analytic. Additionally, I have played an active role in Telkomsel’s corporate digital transformation.

With a strong educational background, I am currently pursuing a Doctorate at Padjadjaran University in Bandung, after completing my Master’s in Management from Telkom University and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Pelita Harapan University. My career spans leadership roles, such as Vice President of People Development and People Analytics, focusing on employee experience, talent development, and performance management in line with corporate strategy.

I have successfully led several significant projects, including the Telkomsel new operating model and the new integrated performance management system, and has been recognized for his leadership through multiple full scholarships and awards.

Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, I enjoy traveling, basketball, and reading in my personal time.
