Currently the HR Director (People & Culture Business Partner) at Roche, she has spent over 13 years driving strategic HR initiatives within one of the world’s leading healthcare innovators. From leading enterprise learning centres to orchestrating sweeping succession plans, Oktira brings a wealth of hands-on experience in turning human potential into sustainable business success.

Oktira’s areas of expertise include talent and succession architecture, people and culture transformation, learning and organisational development, and holistic employee experience.

At Roche, where she has worked since 2012, Oktira has led cultural and talent innovation across several leadership roles, including HR Director and People & Cultural Advisor, Total Rewards & Performance Leader, and Talent Management Lead. In her current role, she is steering the overarching HR strategy, empowering teams, and driving cultural transformation. Before joining Roche, she built a strong and diverse foundation across several sectors in Indonesia through roles at Femina Group, Triputra Group, TNT, and AiMS Consultant.
