Pambudi Sunarsihanto completed his Bachelor and Master of Computer Science from the Universite de Nantes, France, and an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics, Finland.
He started his career by working in engineering field in technology companies such as Alcatel and Nokia, before he switched his career to Human Resources.
He lived and worked in France, Germany, China, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia.
Now he has 25 years of experience working in various local and multinational companies as HR Director in Nokia, Citibank, Nokia Siemens Network, Danone, Telksomsel, Bluebird Group and now in Kapal Api Group, Indonesia.
He is in the Advisory Board of Indonesian Society of Human Resources and ASEAN Human Development Organization.
Pambudi’s hobbies are performing magic, cooking, reading, swimming and travelling with his family.
