Pannie Sia is the General Manager for Workday, ASEAN. Based in Singapore, she is responsible for Workday’s human capital management, financial management, planning and analytics business across ASEAN. Pannie is a seasoned and successful sales leader who consistently seeks to challenge the status quo and advocate out-of-the-box thinking to orchestrate solutions to address customers’ requirements and pain points.

An IT industry veteran, Pannie held senior positions with IBM, CrimsonLogic, Thomson Netg, and most recently SAP, where she spent over 11 years in various account management and sales leadership positions.

Outside of work, Pannie enjoys spending time with her family, working out at the gym, and playing golf.
