Rina Faqih, the youngest female director at Great Giant Foods, has achieved remarkable success with 16 years of HR experience. Rina began her career with outstanding academic achievements, including graduating as Best Graduate in Psychology from UGM and earning an MBA. She started professionally as MT at BUMA and continued to accelerate her career, joining Sinar Mas Group where she was promoted to HR Division Head. 

In 2016, she transitioned to Great Giant Foods as GM Strategic HR, rapidly advancing to Group Director of HRGA by age of 34. Her outstanding HR leadership has earned her numerous awards: starting from Future HR Leader from SWA Magazine Indonesia in 2019, Top HR Leader 40 Under 40 from Mercer, and Gold Winner of HR Leader of the Year in 2023.
