Shikha has been with Aon since 2012 and has extensive experience as a business development and client advisory professional across health, wealth, and benefits. She is responsible for the development and execution of the Health Solutions business’ commercial strategy to ensure effective delivery of Aon’s distinct value proposition across comprehensive client offerings including health solutions for multinational clients, online benefits/digital solutions, data and analytics, wellbeing, and consumer solutions to enable clients making better decisions and accelerate growth for the business.

Shikha has been in the professional and financial services for over twenty years, holding various positions across multi jurisdictions in Singapore and Australia. Prior to joining Aon, Shikha was with AXA in their wealth management business, providing financial wellbeing, advisory and wealth management services and solutions to C-suite and executives across the Asia Pacific region.

Shikha is a founding member of Aon WIN Singapore and sits on the Aon’s Asia Pacific Inclusion Leadership council.
