He is responsible for driving the human capital strategy, talent acquisition, organisation development, learning and development, and performance management for the group and its well-known brands, such as Tropical, HeMart, Fitri, forVita, Shinzu’i, Zen, and UME.<\/p>\n

He used to lead the HR for Samora Group (www.samoragroup.co.id), one of the biggest industrial grade sugar refinery in Indonesia and also previously lead a new ecommerce (ilotte), jv Salim Group and Lotte Group, IndoLotte. He had dedicated his career in human capital area, especially in learning and development, at US based multinational company, 3M Indonesia and Germany based pharma company, Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia and also some prominent Indonesian\u2019s Companies such as PT. SMART Tbk., The Club Store and PT. Panarub Industry.<\/p>\n

Bambang Yapri has a master’s in education technology from Universitas Pelita Harapan, and holds multiple professional certifications as a coach, including Professional Certified Coach, Certified Professional Life Coach, and Level 2: Master Certified Life Coach. He is also a skilled facilitator, trainer, and speaker, who has contributed to several publications and events in the HR and learning industry. His mission is to empower and inspire people to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to create a positive impact in their organisations and communities.<\/p>\n
