His professional contributions are well-recognised within the industry. As past winner and past judge for the Human Resources Excellence Awards, reflecting his expertise and standing is nothing new in the field\u202fof human capital and employee experience.\u202fIn addition to his corporate responsibilities, he holds the position of first vice chair at a prominent industry association in Indonesia.
