Votivia Mardinna is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Capital Performance and Remuneration in Bank Mandiri (Persero). She has 12 years of experience in human capital development. She has contributed towards building several human capital technology solutions and programme development from recruitment to talent management, in addition to her experience in leading organisational transformation.<\/p>\n

Her notable contributions include developing the sustainable Mandiri Young Leaders programme and Distribution Network Transformation. She was also part of the corporate transformation team in developing the Bank\u2019s long term people strategy. Additionally, she is also actively involved in the women empowerment community as Chief of Srikandi Mandiri. In 2021, she was awarded the Human Capital HR Future Leaders by SWA magazine.<\/p>\n

Prior to her career progression in human capital, she was a consultant of one of multinational consulting firms, having been involved in corporate merger implementation and several data governance projects. She has a real passion for human value creation and being part of long term national character and human resources development.<\/p>\n
