Ulya has played a pivotal role in executing major company transformations, including splitting legal entities seamlessly without any people-related issues. Dedicated to creating impactful employee experiences, her approach combines a human-centric perspective with targeted business objectives, enabling her to foster engaged, high-performing teams and drive sustainable growth. <\/p>\n
