Currently, he leads learning and development initiatives as the People Development and Learning Director at L’Or\u00e9al Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Prior to this, Yanuar held leadership roles at Lazada Group, driving talent strategies across Southeast Asia. His expertise extends to organisation design and performance management, honed during his tenure at Korn Ferry Indonesia. A recognised thought leader, Yanuar was named a LinkedIn Top Voice in 2024 and generously contributes to academia as a Faculty Advisory Board Member at Universitas Gadjah Mada.<\/p>\n
