Jonathan joined BAT Indonesia back in 2018 as Operation Skill and Development Manager (OSDM). In 2019 he is appointed as HRBP Operations to lead HR function for Operations based in Malang including IR function. In 2021, he is appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition & Cap. Dev encompassing all functions before being given responsibility as Head of Human Resources in Sept 2022.<\/p>\n

During his tenure with BAT, Jonathan has helped the organisation in the transformation journey, ensuring that the changes happened with business disruption and employees remain engaged at the times of change.<\/p>\n

He has also led the organisation in building the new EVP and talent branding strategy while at the same time created learning and development intervention to ensure that company can build future-fit capabilities.<\/p>\n

During his time with Operations team, Jonathan has led the Organisation Pillar team out of IWS in building the right foundation in of culture and value.<\/p>\n

Before BAT, Jonathan has worked in Sporting Goods and Automotive Industry with Nike and Toyota.<\/p>\n
