Suryo Sasono is a Senior Vice President of Talent at Bukalapak, a publicly listed e-commerce company with offices in Indonesia, Singapore, Australia, and South Korea.<\/p>\n

Suryo is responsible for overall human resource function within the company, including talent acquisition, employer branding, learning and development, rewards, hr business partner, and people operations for Indonesia and International Offices. Suryo leads a team of HR leaders and reports directly to the CEO.<\/p>\n

During his time at the company, Bukalapak received HR Asia’s Best Company to Work (2021, 2022), We Care’s Most Caring Company (2022), EB Star’s Best Employer Branding (2022), and Linkedin’s Best Employer Branding (2023). Individually, Suryo also received Economic Times’ top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Southeast Asia and Mercer’s 40 under 40 HR Leaders in Asia.<\/p>\n

Prior to Bukalapak, Suryo work for Boston Consulting Group as Project Leader, and GO-JEK as Head of HR Business Partner. Suryo is also a lecturer at Bandung Institute of Technology on People & Organisation electives.<\/p>\n

Suryo holds MBA degree from INSEAD and Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology.<\/p>\n
