With over 20 years of experience in HROD, she spent her career aligning talent strategy with business growth to drive meaningful change in the organisation. Most of her professional career years are spent with ABS-CBN. She took on different assignments from different service groups – sales, marketing, creative communications, legal, finance among others. She also partnered with Business Heads on start-up ventures – telco, digital payment, distribution, property management, and leasing. In addition to her strategic HR work, she is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Mahalo Wood, a brand focused on intentional design and high-quality crafting. Her most rewarding role is being a wife and mother to three boys.
