Eileen is Head of Organisation Development at the Bank of the Philippine Islands, leading enterprise-wide initiatives in organisational design, leadership development, culture, performance management, employee engagement, career management, and internal communications.

She began her career in management consulting at Mitchell Madison Group Manila and later held HR leadership roles at Metrobank and Jollibee Foods Corporation. During her 11 years at BPI, she established the Bank’s Organisation Development practice and led award-winning culture and leadership programs. Her work has contributed to BPI’s highest employee engagement score to date and earned the Bank numerous local and international employer recognitions, including Gold HR Excellence and Gold Stevie Awards, and BPI’s certification by Great Place to Work as a one of the Best Workplaces in Asia.
