With over 26 years of distinguished experience, Emman has served in leadership roles at some of the Philippines’ most prominent conglomerates, including Ayala Corporation, JG Summit, San Miguel, ABS-CBN, and Concepcion Industrial, as well as multinational firms like MSD, Accenture, Telus, and AG&P.

Renowned for his people strategy, talent development, and organisational transformation expertise, Emman has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of Asia’s Top 50 HR Leaders and Most Iconic Global HR Leader in 2024. He was featured in HRD Asia’s 2021 HR Hotlist and recognised as one of the 101 Global HR Heroes.
