Evangeline Viola-Herrera is an accomplished Human Resources executive, leadership advocate, and people development champion with over 26 years of experience across the real estate, shipping, customer service, and operations industries. As the Sr Assistant Vice President – Head of Human Resources at Filinvest Alabang Inc., she has spearheaded transformative people strategies across more than 8 Filinvest Group of Companies for over a decade, championing initiatives in talent management, leadership development, employee services, engagement, organisational effectiveness, learning and development, and end-to-end HR and Admin operations.

She takes pride in having been part of the leadership team of FAI during a period when the organisation earned prestigious people and culture recognitions in 2025 and 2026, including Great Place to Work® Certification for the past 3 years, 8 Award Categories in the Best Places to Work in the Philippines Awards, and the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA) Corporate Excellence Award.
