Joan is the Head of HR for Chevron Holdings, Inc. – an in-house global capability and shared services center for Chevron in Manila. He has been in the company for more than 25 years and have been in various leadership roles in the areas of finance, downstream and marketing, and human resources; with assignments in New Zealand, Singapore, San Francisco, California and recently, in Houston, Texas. He graduated from the University of the Philippines for his accountancy course and from Ateneo De Manila and INSEAD-Singapore for his master’s and continuing education. Joan is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM- Society for Human Resources Management).
