John Calica is a seasoned HR leader who has spent more than two decades exploring a question he continues to find fascinating: how can organisations bring out the best in their people while helping the business thrive?

His experience spans talent, culture, organisation development, employee engagement, and HR business partnering across industries.

He has held country, regional and global leadership roles with organisations including Grab, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Novo Nordisk, Hewlett-Packard, Unilab, Gokongwei Group and San Miguel Corporation.

John is currently the Vice President for People Experience at Globe Telecom. He is a BA Psychology graduate of the University of the Philippines and has completed the Cornell CHRO Certification Programme.
