JP Villanueva is a human capital and organisation transformation leader with more than 26 years of experience helping organisations navigate change at the intersection of people, technology, leadership, and organisational effectiveness.

He currently leads Customer Success for Darwinbox in the Philippines, working with enterprise organisations as they transform their HR operating models, strengthen workforce adoption, and realise greater value from digital HR and AI-enabled technologies.

Before joining Darwinbox, JP built his career in human capital and organisation transformation, including consulting experience with Deloitte. His work has spanned organisation development, talent management, leadership, change, and large-scale HR transformation.

Beyond his corporate role, JP contributes to the development of HR and organisation practitioners through his work with the Ateneo Center for Organisation Research and Development (Ateneo CORD). He has developed and facilitated programs in organisation development and talent management, including AI for Talent Management, which explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping talent practices and the role of HR.

JP brings a distinctly human and organisational perspective to conversations about AI. Rather than viewing AI transformation primarily as a technology challenge, he focuses on a deeper question: As machines become capable of doing more of what people traditionally did, how must human contribution, leadership, and organisations evolve?
