Kane Macapagal is a Human Resources leader with over a decade of experience. He has driven people, culture, and organisational transformation across FMCG, Nutrition, and shared services sectors.

Currently, Kane serves as HR Director for the Philippines at Reckitt and Mead Johnson Nutrition. He leads the people strategy for both businesses. He partners with senior leaders to strengthen organisational performance, leadership capability, and sustainable business growth.

Prior to his current role, Kane held Singapore-based local and regional HR leadership positions supporting ASEAN. He partnered with leadership teams across manufacturing operations and R&D innovation centres. In these roles, he helped shape the people agenda behind advancing world-class factories and R&D facilities. He built organisational capability, leadership pipelines, and high-performing cultures.

Throughout his career, Kane has partnered with organisations through significant change and complexity. He helps leaders build resilient teams, navigate uncertainty, and sustain performance during transformation. His HR partnering experience spans Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Corporate Functions, and HR4HR. He has led strategic initiatives in talent management, organisational development, workforce transformation, leadership development, and inclusion.

He began his career in Talent Acquisition with global organisations, including Unilever and Reckitt Philippines. There, he contributed to recruitment transformation and innovative talent solutions across Southeast Asia.

Known for his pragmatic and people-centred approach, Kane is passionate about helping organisations navigate change. He also develops future-ready leaders and creates high-performing cultures where people and businesses thrive together.
