Marco is currently the HR Director at Robinsons Supermarket Corporation overseeing its entire Human Resources function. With his over 16 years of Human Resources experience, he is leading the HR strategy of Robinsons Retail’s largest group – Food Segment, which is comprised of Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace, Shopwise, Robinsons Easymart, No Brand, and Uncle John’s. He has a well-rounded exposure in various industries, namely retail, information technology, cable & telecommunications, and investment management. Marco was recognised in 2024 as one of the Top 100 Talent Leaders in the Philippines by the Bridge Group. In 2022, he was also one of only six Filipinos recognised in the “40 Under 40 Asia HR Leaders” awards that celebrated 40 exemplary HR leaders who have been at the forefront of the transformations in the APAC region. Marco graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, minor in Strategic Human Resources Management at the Ateneo De Manila University. He also completed the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) Program.
