Maria Margarita “Marge” Yao is an HR leader with over 25 years of experience driving people and organisational transformation across multinational companies in the energy, manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and shared services industries. She is currently the Head of HR for BW Group Philippines, having previously served as HR Leader for Asia at BW Water. Throughout her career, Marge has worked closely with senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, shape culture, support business growth, and deliver talent strategies across Asia.

A SHRM-CP certified HR professional and DISC Workplace Certified Facilitator, she is passionate about helping leaders build the skills and experience needed to succeed in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world.
