Bing brings with her more than three decades of firsthand multi-cultural experience. With her enthusiasm and passion for people management and development, she has taken her career to heights allowing her to work with various nationalities across the globe through and within the hospitality industry.

Her professional assignments had led her to both urban and island locations within Asia, with leadership oversight on HR and L&D operations including China, the Middle East and the Americas. Her inputs have been instrumental to the daily operations of brands like Banyan Hotels and Shangri-La Hotels.

Over the years, she is proud to have contributed to the development and careers of hospitality leaders in various parts of the world.

Today, Bing sits as the Group Learning & Development Director of no less than the Philippines’ largest hotel operator in the country, Megaworld Hotels & Resorts (MHR). Her leadership takes charge of refining, elevating and polishing Filipino talents ready for global standards that is felt and celebrated across MHR’s growing portfolio of 9 brands, 15 hotels with 9,000 room keys.
