Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse industries—including medical, education, engineering, retail, manufacturing, and sales—allowing him to adapt best practices from different sectors.

For 12 years, Marlon was based in Dubai, leading learning & development initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. Now, he focuses on the Asia-Pacific region as a Learning & Development and Corporate Culture Manager for a global electronics company.
