Before banking, she was VP/Country Human Resource, Quality and Corporate Communications Head in the Philippines of Asea Brown Boveri; Senior Consultant, OTi Consulting Singapore. Prior to Human Resource, she was in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industry. Michelle graduated from DLSU with Industrial Management Engineering degree.
