With nearly two decades of HR and leadership experience, she earned the distinguished titles of Employee and Leader of the Year during the Globe Excellence Awards, Globe Group’s premier recognition event for its workforce of over 13,000.

Nico is not only a motivational speaker, people enabler, servant leader, and game changer but also excels in her roles as a lawyer and an Ayala Young Leader.

Her expertise has gained international recognition, earning her the titles of Stevie’s For Great Employer’s Thought Leader of the Year in 2022 and 2023, as well as the Most Valuable HR Professional in 2022 and HR Executive of the Year in 2023.
