Priya Pandit is the Human Resources Director of L’Oréal Philippines. A firm believer in building and developing talent, Priya’s goal is to determine and establish the ingredients for creating a successful approach to constantly develop and nurture talent at the world’s largest beauty company.

A seasoned HR professional with 15 years of Industry experience, Priya, joined L’Oréal in 2019 in India where she led the talent strategy for India along with her expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Employer Branding. She is a strategic advisor for talent strategy and brings value driven experience in spearheading organisational transformation journey through innovative measures, best in class HR practices, building capabilities and organisational development through OD initiatives and leadership development.

In the initial decade of her career, Priya led several HR and organisation initiatives in the field of leadership hiring, cultural change, employee communications, and talent management and developed innovative global talent sourcing mechanisms. She specialises in diagnosing gaps in talent strategy in relations with the business roadmap, formulating talent plans and initiating change.
