Cancellation Policy

1. All bookings are final and non-refundable except in the cases described in clauses 4 and 5.
2. Replacement or substitution is allowed up to one week before the event at no extra charge.
3. Lighthouse Independent Media reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice, including substituting, amending, or cancelling speakers and/or topics.
4. If the event is postponed, Lighthouse Independent Media will issue a refund if you are unable to attend on the new dates.
5. If the conference is cancelled by Lighthouse Independent Media, you will receive a full refund.
6. Lighthouse Independent Media reserves the right to cancel or reassign your registration if an incorrect pass category was selected during registration.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• In addition to standard credit card charges (e.g. VISA or MasterCard), banks may apply an administrative fee. This fee is included in the foreign exchange rate and is determined by your bank.
• If you notice such a fee, please contact your credit card issuer, as it is not charged by the event organiser.
