Marie Antonette “Anto” Valenzuela is the HR Head of ING Hubs Philippines as of February 2024. Prior to ING, Anto has led multiple leadership roles, most recently as an Executive Director in JP Morgan Chase & Co. She has led leadership positions in various BPO companies such as Telus International, [24]7 Inc., and Convergys. Anto also performed regional HR leadership roles for Telstra, covering the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and India. Prior to this, she was the Director of Talent Development for ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp. Anto graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Management and Master in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, and she has also completed her Business Management Program from the Asian Institute of Management.<\/p>\n
