Her professional assignments had led her to both urban and island locations within Asia, with leadership oversight on HR and L&D operations including China, the Middle East and the Americas. Her inputs have been instrumental to the daily operations of brands like Banyan Hotels and Shangri-La Hotels.<\/p>\n
Over the years, she is proud to have contributed to the development and careers of hospitality leaders in various parts of the world.<\/p>\n
Today, Bing sits as the Group Learning & Development Director of no less than the Philippines\u2019 largest hotel operator in the country, Megaworld Hotels & Resorts (MHR). Her leadership takes charge of refining, elevating and polishing Filipino talents ready for global standards that is felt and celebrated across MHR\u2019s growing portfolio of 9 brands, 15 hotels with 9,000 room keys.<\/p>\n
