His leadership has earned him two President\u2019s Innovation Awards, presented by Nissan Philippines Presidents\u2014first in 2017 from Mr. Ramesh Narasimhan, and again in 2023 from Mr. Juan Manuel Hoyos. Eric is a Certified Executive Coach from the Center of Executive Coaching, USA.
