Alongside her generalist leadership, she brings deep expertise in total rewards, having architected global incentive frameworks, led complex compensation realignments, and optimised corporate benefits. Mia holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an M.A. in Industrial\/Organisational Psychology from New York University.<\/p>\n
