Prior to this, he held senior HR leadership roles at Asialink Finance Corporation and other large organisations, supporting nationwide operations and driving workforce growth, culture transformation, and business alignment. A graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management and certified in Strategic HR Management by Cornell University, he is recognised for building high-performing organisations and aligning HR strategies with sustainable business growth.<\/p>\n
