John Calica is a seasoned HR leader who has spent more than two decades exploring a question he continues to find fascinating: how can organisations bring out the best in their people while helping the business thrive?<\/p>\n

His experience spans talent, culture, organisation development, employee engagement, and HR business partnering across industries.<\/p>\n

He has held country, regional and global leadership roles with organisations including Grab, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Novo Nordisk, Hewlett-Packard, Unilab, Gokongwei Group and San Miguel Corporation.<\/p>\n

John is currently the Vice President for People Experience at Globe Telecom. He is a BA Psychology graduate of the University of the Philippines and has completed the Cornell CHRO Certification Programme.<\/p>\n
