Aya has over 12 years’ experience of human capital consulting in Thailand and Singapore, joining Central Pattana in February 2023. Prior to her move, she led Kincentric’s leadership assessment solutions as Practice Leader focusing on talent and succession management, and at Aon Hewitt as Senior Consultant for employee experience and engagement, managing the Best Employers certification program. Throughout her tenure in consulting, she managed a diversified portfolio of regional and local companies across a range of industries such as financial services, real estate, energy and chemicals, consumer goods and services, telco and healthcare.

Her mission at Central Pattana is to drive business performance through unlocking the power of people and teams through organisation transformation.
