David Giang is the Global Head of Talent at RMA Group, a global multi-sector company focused on the Automotive, Food, and Engineering Services industries. RMA Group employs over 8,000 employees globally, and has an operational presence in 14 countries.
He spent the first part of his career in supply chain transformation and consultancy, before transitioning to corporate HR. David’s industry exposure is therefore broad, having either worked in or partnered with companies in wide reaching sectors such as Food manufacturing, FMCG, Information Technology, and Industrial Gases. Currently based in Bangkok, he has also previously worked out of Japan and Australia, whilst working with and leading teams globally (primarily APAC).
David’s career aspiration is to continually position HR as a catalyst for innovation and change, whilst fostering a values-based culture where colleagues are empowered and engaged at work.
