Dr. Agapol Na Songkhla is a well-recognised HR leader in Southeast Asia. He currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Head of Strategy Office at Thai Group Holdings, frequently contributing to the people development community in ASEAN. With over 25 years of experience spanning engineering, management consulting, banking, and HR, he has also been royally appointed to serve on the Civil Service Commission of Thailand.
Dr. Agapol graduated with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (honors) from Chulalongkorn University, a Master of Systems Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Systems Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology. Before joining corporate roles, he was with the Boston Consulting Group for 9 years. He is an advocate of coaching and holistic people development.
