Luckana Sookthong is an accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of experience across multinational companies in the oil and gas, automotive, and logistics sectors. She currently serves as Regional Head of HR – Asia Pacific at Rhenus Logistics, where she leads strategic HR initiatives across the region.

Luckana began her career in learning and development and workforce management at Chevron, where she progressed to become Head of HR for Chevron’s downstream retail business, overseeing all facets of HR for over 1,200 employees in service stations nationwide. Her ability to drive impactful HR practices continued at Shell Thailand, where she led the compensation and benefits function and supported organisation-wide transformation efforts.

Before joining Rhenus, she held a key regional role at Mercedes-Benz Mobility, serving as Regional HR Business Partner for Southeast Asia, where she supported HR strategy and execution across multiple markets.

Her expertise spans organisational change, business transformation, M&A integration, and aligning HR with business strategy. Luckana is particularly passionate about building strong organisational culture, driving employee engagement, and creating meaningful employee experiences that foster high performance and long-term success.
