Panida Anukul is a Group Director – People Plan, Transformation and Talent Management of Minor International, joining MINOR since 2016.

Under MINOR’s Global Center of Excellence, her current accountabilities include developing long-term people plan, orchestrating strategic people initiatives across HR disciplines, and overseeing group-wide talent management, succession planning, organisational design, and C-Suite development.

On the talent management agenda, her strategies concentrate on creating strong talent pipelines and heightening the focus on talent, leadership capabilities, to support future expansion of MINOR across all business groups.

Prior to pursuing global-based role at Minor International, she worked at Minor Food as Corporate Learning & Talent Development Director. In addition, she also spent 15 years working in hotel & hospitality business with leading hotel companies such as former Starwood Hotels (currently Marriott) and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in the area of learning and development.
