Dr. Pasook joined dentsu in 2023 as a Country HR Director and currently holds the Senior HR Director role for Thailand & Vietnam since February 2024.
She is a seasoned HR executive with 25 years of experience in FMCG, insurance, hospitality, retail, pharma, and advertising agencies. Pasook began her career after graduating from Chulalongkorn University, starting at P&G before moving on to roles at L’Oréal and Mars. She then joined Cigna, where she was promoted to Country HR Director and later to APAC OD Director.
Her achievements include serving as a right-hand to the Minor Group CPO and leading the full turnaround of the HR function at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) during the pandemic years.
