Piyanuch Limapornvanitch has over 20 years of HR leadership experience, spearheading cross-functional HR initiatives to advance the visions of fast-growing technology and retail enterprises.

Notably, she served as Chief People Officer at Pomelo Fashion, where she pioneered an inclusive fashion tech culture and instituted dynamic workplace strategies. Preceding her tenure at Pomelo, Piyanuch held the pivotal role of Accenture’s Head of Thailand HR and ASEAN Learning Lead, overseeing HR divisions and spearheading learning and career transition programs across ASEAN.

Her journey also includes a significant stint at Central Department Store Group, where she played a vital role in shaping and refining the omni-organisation’s HR practices and strategies, contributing to its growth and success trajectory.

Presently, Piyanuch serves as the Group Chief People Officer at Bitkub Capital Group Holdings, driving growth, talent management & development strategies with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Together with her team, she strategically recruits talents with diverse backgrounds, fortifying the organisation, while implementing efficient performance management frameworks to foster both career development and employee well-being.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Piyanuch is passionate about building a strong community with different generations. She believes in fostering connections and collaborations among individuals of all ages to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive and contribute positively to society.
