Miss Ploytabtim Yeetho is a seasoned HR Professional with more than 20 years of experience in various HR Functional Expertise and Business Acumen. She has a proven success record in driving HR Partnership, including HR Start-up, organisation integration and development, building high performance team, culture transformation, and risk management in M&A in many well-known multinational companies.

She is currently serving as the Country HR Lead for Bayer Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia, a position which she has held since 2018. In her current role, she is responsible for multiple locations with more than 1,500 employees in sales & marketing, manufacturing, and R&D centre.

Miss Ploytabtim holds a master’s degree of Science in Human Resources from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration at Chulalongkorn University. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in international business management from Assumption University. Through her education with these universities, she has learnt to shape organisational strategic management for both people and businesses.
