Pokpong (Pong) started his career in logistics industry right after he graduates from the university with a degree in economics. Pong later obtained a master’s degree in HR Management and gained HR Experience from various industries such as manufacturing, service, and retail industry. His scope covered both local and regional role. He then returned back to Senior Management Role at Maersk as Human Resources Head with dual role as Learning & Development Lead covering Thailand Malaysia & Singapore. Pong received several certifications on coaching Such as Professional Coach Certification Program, Enneagram Coaching, Powerful coaching using Card of Life. He was also Executive Coach for Managers in private companies.
Pong obtained certified coach program from Mindgym International enabling him to conduct mind gym workout internationally in different field such as Management Development, Personal Effectiveness and Change management.
