With over a decade of experience driving growth across Asia Pacific, Ruth has a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams. Prior to joining Workday, she held senior regional leadership roles at Salesforce, FullStory and KnowBe4, where she led transformations across ASEAN, Greater China and India.

A strong advocate of combining human insight with AI, Ruth focuses on unlocking the full potential of talent and organisations. She holds a PhD from Penn State and an MBA in International Management.
