Saksit is currently the Head of Talent and Leadership Development at KBank, leading a team in charge of leadership and executive development and talent and succession management.
An economist by training, prior to joining KBank, Saksit worked for 10 years as a human capital and leadership development consultant, serving clients in various industries such as energy and resources, banking and financial institutions, life sciences and healthcare, retails, and public sectors. His projects were in the area of organization design, HR process improvement, talent management, executive assessment, leadership development, and HR technology. Before entering consulting and corporate world, he was an economic lecturer in a university for 5 years. He holds a PhD in economics.
