Her strong business acumen coupled with her passion for people has made her stellar (HR). Not only understand the business and spotting talent but able to translate business strategy into talent strategy that motivate the people and drive business growth. Throughout her journey with the company, she has brought various success stories and out of those is the receiving Top Employer Award for 4 consecutive years, a recognition for best-in-class HR practices.
Her recent achievement is to successfully lead the largest merger of telecom in Southeast Asia, creating the strong integration and foundation for a future-fit leading telecom tech company at the forefront of digitalisation in Thailand.
