Sundaram Iyer is the Head of Banpu Academy at Banpu Public Company Limited, where he leads the Banpu Group’s people transformation agenda by scaling leadership and talent development. With over a decade at Banpu, he has held leadership roles across diverse functions within the Company, spanning from supply chain optimisation and power business development, to taking a vital role in Banpu’s digital transformation. This includes being the vice president of the Digital Centre of Excellence and head of the Digital Capability Centre which drove the company’s digital transformation, adoption of agile operating models and change management.

Sundaram focuses on delivering business impact through a pragmatic, technology-enabled approach, emphasises people development as a competitive advantage for sustainable value creation.
