Dr. Weerapat Sapakarn is currently the Chief People Officer at Thai Group Holdings Public Company Limited. In this role, Dr. Weerapat will be focused on building a right corporate culture, overseeing all aspects of human resources such as organisation development, people capabilities, wellbeing and more.

Dr. Weerapat obtained Ph.D. Public Administration, Master’s Degree in Organisation Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and certified Executive Coach from University of California Berkeley, Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, USA. He also certified MBTI, Hogan Emergenetics and FACET5.

Dr. Weerapat has more than 35 years’ experience in People Strategy, Culture Development, Employee Engagement, Organisation and People Development, Talent Management, Rewards Strategy in various business such as financial, banking, securities, and life insurance.

Prior being a full-time Chief People Officer at Thai Group Holdings Public Company Limited. He had the experienced in various companies such as an UC Berkeley Certified Executive Coach, Chief People and Culture Officer at FWD Life Insurance (Thailand), Associate Director at RHB Securities (Thailand), Senior Vice President of Human Resources Function at Trinity Securities Group, Vice President of Organisational and People Development at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance, etc
