Kard is a consultant turned HR leaders who’s currently serving Lazada Thailand as its Head of Organisation and Talent Development. <\/p>\n

His background ranges from handling post-merger integration between two Asian food and beverage giants to pre-season mindset readiness building for a premiere league football team in South East Asia. <\/p>\n

He is also a certified facilitator of the LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae method, and a lecturer in pitching and negotiation for MBA students. <\/p>\n
